We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window. However, due to the nature of this product, returns are not a simple process.
Each unit is thoroughly tested and inspected before shipping, and any returned unit must undergo the same process. As a result, a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Additionally, shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
If a unit is determined to have been tampered with, no refund will be issued.
