Unlike many heat exchangers that corrode over time or require sacrificial anodes to protect your engine and the unit, the Glind Heat Exchanger is built differently. Made from co-polymer glass-filled nylon 66—the same ultra-durable material used in radiator tanks—our design prevents corrosion altogether. With minimal copper surface area, there’s no need for an anode, and your system stays protected for years to come.

Every Glind heat exchanger is built to marine-grade standards and designed for extreme conditions. We use stainless steel bolts and fasteners, along with high-quality DR brass fittings, ensuring leak-free performance and long-term reliability.
Easy Installation & Universal Compatibility
•1/2” barbed fittings for fresh water inlet and outlet—just clamp on a 1/2” hose for a quick and secure connection.
•5/8” barbed coolant fittings—compatible with the most common heater hose size, allowing for easy inline installation.
•Compact yet powerful: Measures 13.2” (335mm) long and 4.1” (105mm) high—just allow extra space for hoses.
•Flexible mounting options—install it horizontally or vertically to suit your build. Need a tight hose bend? We offer pre-molded heater hoses for added convenience.
•The fresh water output can be directed to a shower, sink, or an external shower connection at the front or rear of your vehicle.
